2. Business planning. All about the money. Buying, selling, margins and how to tender, estimate and get your money in for a healthy cashflow.
3. How to market your brand, name, logo and strapline. Sole trader/Ltd co / CIC
4. Qualifications, legal paperwork and registering with the appropriate agencies.
5. Checking out competitors, prices, USP and standing out from the crowd.
6. How to get your business in front of your target audience. Social media and promotion. Getting past the gate keeper.
Additional sessions:
Introductions to valuable people not in your network.
Sharing leads and working in partnerships.
Brainstorming for unique ideas.
